Terms for using this website and submitting enquiries.

These terms govern use of the Spares International website and online enquiry forms. Separate quotations, purchase orders, contracts and agreed commercial terms govern actual supply transactions and take priority where applicable.

1. Website purpose

The site allows industrial customers to submit sourcing requirements and suppliers to express interest in the supplier network. Website content is general information and does not itself constitute a binding offer, engineering approval or guarantee of product availability.

2. Sourcing is not a guarantee of availability

"One Request. Every Industrial Need." describes the operating goal of a broad sourcing desk. It does not mean every item can always be sourced, supplied, imported, delivered or legally/commercially accepted.

3. Quotations and availability

Prices, stock, lead times, freight, duties, currency, validity and supplier availability may change. A historical or indicative price shown by a system is not a live commercial commitment unless confirmed in an issued quotation under its stated validity and terms.

4. Technical alternatives

Where an alternative product or specification is proposed, technical suitability remains subject to the appropriate customer/engineer approval. AI-assisted or staff-prepared comparisons do not replace engineering responsibility, statutory requirements, OEM instructions or required third-party approvals.

5. Supplier status

Supplier or brand authorization is only represented where supporting evidence exists and should be confirmed for the specific transaction where material. New suppliers may be subject to business, banking, quality, traceability and product verification.

6. Customer-submitted information

You confirm that you are permitted to submit the RFQ content, drawings, photos and other information you provide and that the information is sufficiently accurate for us to act on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Spares International and ProcureOS branding, website design, text, workflow descriptions and related proprietary materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Website availability

We may change, suspend or update website functions without notice. The site should not be relied on as the sole emergency communication channel for safety-critical situations.

9. Liability and transaction terms

Actual warranties, exclusions, liability allocation, payment, delivery, inspection and dispute terms are governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, purchase order acceptance or contract. Nothing on this website overrides those transaction-specific terms.

10. Governing framework

Website use and business transactions are subject to applicable laws and to the jurisdiction/contractual provisions stated in the relevant commercial documents.
