What customers usually need to know.
No big software onboarding is required to start. The first transaction can be as simple as sending the requirement you are already trying to source.
Do you stock everything?
No. The model combines physical stock, known-source “virtual inventory,” and source-on-demand procurement. Availability is confirmed per enquiry.
Can I send a 50- or 100-line mixed-brand RFQ?
Yes. Multi-line, mixed-category requirements are exactly where structured routing and line-level coverage are most useful.
Can you propose alternatives?
We can source and present alternatives with comparison data. Technical acceptance remains with the appropriate engineer/customer, especially for critical applications.
How fast will I receive a quotation?
It depends on complexity, source availability and supplier response. We avoid fake universal SLAs; the goal is to start quickly and keep every open line actively managed.
Are you a marketplace?
No. The customer sends one requirement to Spares International. Supplier sourcing and coordination happen behind the scenes.
Can you source outside the UAE?
Yes, where commercially and technically appropriate. UAE and GCC channels are prioritized before broader international sourcing when needed.
